2025 Annual Meeting

The first HOA meeting of the year will take place Monday, January 27th, at the Russell Middle School library from 7-8pm.
We will provide updates on the budget, projects completed in 2024, projects planned for 2025, violation tracking, and other topics of concern. We do this for you, so please bring ideas for social events and projects that you would like to see completed in the neighborhood.
We will be doing the raffle again this year, so don’t miss this meeting. Everyone in attendance will be entered to win a year of free dues! We hope to see you there.
